Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

FairwayCarts South Africa provides a warranty on all new golf carts sold, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Used and pre-owned carts are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing.

New Golf Carts: 12-month warranty on electrical components and drivetrain from date of delivery.

Battery Warranty: Battery packs carry a 6-month warranty against defects. Normal battery degradation over time is not covered.

Structural Warranty: Frame and body structural components carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is NOT covered

Damage caused by accident, misuse, or negligence

Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, seat upholstery)

Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorised parties

Water damage from flooding or submersion

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) after delivery

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, email sales@fairwaycarts.co.za or call +27 78 780 7970 within the warranty period. We will arrange inspection and, if the claim is valid, repair or replacement at our discretion.
