Refund and Cancellation Policy

New Cart Purchases

Deposits are non-refundable once an order is confirmed and stock has been allocated. If you cancel before delivery, your deposit may be forfeited at our discretion.

Pre-Owned Carts

All pre-owned cart sales are final. We strongly encourage buyers to inspect the cart before purchase or purchase remotely with full video inspection provided.

Rentals

Rental cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Units

If a unit arrives with transit damage or a manufacturing defect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange inspection and replacement or refund at our discretion.
