Delivery Policy

Nationwide Delivery

We deliver golf carts to all nine provinces in South Africa. Delivery is arranged after full payment has been received (or 50% deposit for built-to-order carts).

Delivery Timeframes

**Gauteng (Johannesburg / Pretoria):** 1–3 business days

**Western Cape (Cape Town):** 3–5 business days

**KwaZulu-Natal (Durban):** 2–4 business days

**Other provinces:** 3–7 business days

Timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to logistical constraints.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs vary by location and cart size. Your quote will include a delivery charge specific to your delivery address.

Recipient Responsibility

Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the golf cart. If delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available, re-delivery fees may apply.

Damage in Transit

Inspect your cart immediately on delivery. Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.
