Agreement

By placing an order with FairwayCarts South Africa, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Your quoted price is locked in once a deposit is paid.

Payment

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due before delivery. We accept EFT, cash, and bank-guaranteed cheques.

Delivery

Delivery is arranged after full payment is received. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics availability.

Ownership

Ownership of the golf cart passes to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment.

Disputes

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
